2025 Football Junkies League Details
Draft Details:
The league winner from the previous season will have the option to either draft 1st or choose their preferred draft position. This choice will be announced 1 hour before the draft begins.
Draft Position Trades: Trades for draft positions are allowed, but any trades will be finalized and announced 1 hour before the draft starts to ensure everyone is on the same page. For new members, draft spots will be assigned randomly using a wheel app. ( 7 days before draft)
Draft Date: September 29, 2025
Roster Setup:
Starting Lineup: (QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Def, K, Flex) & Bench 6 spots
Roster position caps: QB (3), RB (4), WR (8), TE (3), Flex (1), D/ST (2), K (2)
Season Format:Regular Season: 12 weeks of thrilling matchups.
Rivalry Week: Week 12 will be Rivalry Week, where players pick their own matchups for some extra drama! Picks will be make from the order of last year playoff standings until everyone has a matchup.
Playoff Structure:
Top 8 teams will make the playoffs, with the bottom 4 eliminated after the regular season concludes.
• Playoff Rounds:
◦ Round 1: Week 13
◦ Round 2: Week 14
◦ Round 3: Weeks 15-16
Tie Breakers & Punishment:
Tie Breaker: If two teams are tied at the end of the season, we’ll settle it by head-to-head results.
Punishment: The bottom 4 league members who finish at the bottom of the leaderboard at the end of the regular season will be vulnerable to league punishment. Which ever member finishes lowest position in the playoff bracket structure will be the member who serves the punishment.
Punishment Choice: The league will decide on 6 potential punishments and on draft day, we’ll randomly draw one of the ideas.(All punishments will be announced before hand so everyone knows what they could be facing!)
Buy-In & Rewards:
Buy-In: $50 per league member
1st Place:$450 & Bragging Rights as Champion
2nd Place: $100
3rd Place: $50 (Buy-In Return)
Note: All rewards are based on final standings after the playoffs.
